I love this site!  You can use your own images to create great looking posters – it is really easy to use and the results are quite impressive!  The better the image quality then the better the poster will look.  I played around with it for hours, but did I really need a 6ft poster of my dog?  Not really, but printed it anyway!  Click on George to go to the website!
